At 12, I left the Caribbean for Manhattan, thrust into a whirlwind of culture shock and exploitation. Working grueling, low-wage jobs, I found solace in the city's magic and the kindness of strangers who nurtured my dreams. Amidst the struggle, I discovered the transformative power of scent. Saving every tip, I bought my first bottle of Gucci Pour Homme 2. That fragrance became my armor, evoking visions of future success even as I navigated challenging times. This experience birthed my passion for perfumery. I learned that scent could empower, uplift, and inspire. It's this magic I aim to capture for all City Rhythm clients. My debut fragrance, Manhattan, is an ode to the city that shaped me. It embodies hope, possibility, and self-belief. Inspired by the mesmerizing juxtaposition of tranquil nature and the city's ceaseless energy, Manhattan melds freshness with intensity. Opening with bright bergamot and cinnamon, it evolves through incense to rich tobacco and comforting vanilla. Like the city itself, it's a scent of contrasts—fresh enough for summer evenings, yet potent enough to cut through winter's chill. Manhattan isn't just a fragrance; it's a journey from adversity to triumph, bottled for those who dare to dream.
