Inspiration: In 1992, Thierry Mugler wanted an edible fragrance. Before this time, the thought of wearing gourmand fragrance was unheard of and the thought was scoffed at. Mugler took a risk and it paid off big time. He essentially created the gourmand genre of fragrances with Angel.

Sweetness is the story here. He wanted a dessert fragrance and Olivier Crep delivered on that. Cotton candy laced with coconut, citruses, and honey create a candied dream of saccharine bliss. The base of this powerful perfume consists of chocolatey patchouli, caramel, and vanilla that is supported by sweet amber and roasted Tonka.

Mugler set a trend with this perfume, and many have followed its inspiration. A chocolatey, sweet, candied, honey masterpiece that is perfectly suited for cold winter evenings when you are walking around a snow-laden city with someone you love.
