Inspiration: Chanel follows up the success of the original chance with a new version of its beloved scent. Chance opens up with a beautiful fiery pink pepper that soon gives way to a soft and feminine jasmine absolute that is accented by a clean powdery iris. The base reveals sweet woody patchouli that uses powdery musk to play into the jasmine and iris. A slight touch of sweet vanilla adds a bit of depth to the patchouli and powdery notes. What you end up getting is a slightly sweetened woody fragrance with a clean musky backbone that is perfect for the autumn season. Chanel never fails in creating memorable feminine fragrances and this is one example in its diverse portfolio.
